What can and can't be controlled in AI search — please read

What you can influence: the clarity, accuracy, consistency and accessibility of the information you publish about your business, and how easy it is for automated systems to read.

What no one can control: which sources an AI assistant uses, whether it mentions or recommends your business, how it phrases answers, or how often its models and data change. Answers can differ between users, locations, sessions and product versions.

Clearline Studio is independent and not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, Google, Perplexity or any AI provider. We do not guarantee rankings, placement, mentions, citations, traffic or leads. We improve your readiness — the AI systems make their own choices.

FAQ

Will this get my business into ChatGPT answers?

We can't promise that, and anyone who does is overstating what's possible. AI assistants choose their sources themselves. We make your public information clearer, more consistent and easier to read, which gives these systems better material to work with.

How is this different from SEO?

It overlaps. Many of the same foundations matter: crawlable pages, structured data, consistent business details, clear answers. The difference is focus: we look at how your information reads as a set of facts and answers an AI system might use, and we test real prompts in AI assistants.

What does the free check look at, and is it accurate?

It checks only three public files: robots.txt (including whether GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot are blocked), sitemap.xml and llms.txt. It's a useful starting point, not a full audit. Automated checks can miss context, which is why the paid Starter Fix Kit includes a fuller, human-reviewed report.

How do you test AI assistants?

We run a set of realistic customer questions in selected AI assistants and record what each one answered and whether your business was mentioned or cited at that moment. Answers vary over time and between users, so we treat results as snapshots and trends, not exact measurements.

Do you use AI to deliver this service?

Yes, and we're open about it. We use automated tools and AI models to scan pages, run prompt tests and draft content such as FAQ answers and business descriptions. A person at Clearline Studio reviews every paid deliverable before it reaches you, and nothing is published on your site without your approval. You should always check that drafted content is factually correct for your business.

Do you need access to my website?

No. We work only from your public website and the details you give us in the intake form. You or your web developer apply the changes using the instructions in your kit. We will never ask for your password.

What happens to my data?

We only use your public website information and the details you give us in the intake form, only to deliver the service. We don't sell your data. See our privacy policy.

How long until I see results?

Checkout is opening soon. Once checkout is open and we have confirmed your intake and begun work, we deliver your Starter Fix Kit within 5 business days. After you apply the changes, how quickly AI assistants reflect them, or whether they do at all, depends on when and how those systems next read your information. We don't control that and can't predict it, so we don't promise any timeline or outcome.

Is there a subscription or monthly fee?

No. When checkout opens, the Starter Fix Kit will be a one-time purchase of $149. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Everything we deliver is yours to keep.

Refund and cancellation terms — Starter Fix Kit

These terms apply to orders of the Starter Fix Kit (one-time fee of $149 USD, excluding applicable taxes) placed once online checkout is open. They explain when work starts, how to cancel, how refunds are calculated, what counts as a defective deliverable and what we do about it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law (see section 9).

1. Definitions

Fee — the amount you actually paid for the Starter Fix Kit, including any taxes charged.
Business day — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Israel.
Scope confirmation email — the email we send, after receiving your completed intake form, that confirms your business facts, the pages and questions in scope, and states that work has started.
Work start — the moment we send the scope confirmation email. This is the single trigger for when work starts. Receiving your payment or your intake form alone does not start work.
Analysis-complete notice — the email we send when the readiness review and prompt testing for your order are finished and we move to preparing your files.
Delivery — the moment we email you the completed Starter Fix Kit (or a link to the shared folder containing it).
Listed deliverables — the eight items listed for the Starter Fix Kit at the time of your order: (1) AI readiness report for up to 5 key pages; (2) prompt test log of 10 prompts in 2 AI assistants; (3) ready-to-paste structured data (JSON-LD); (4) entity and About-page wording; (5) FAQ pack of up to 8 Q&As; (6) contact details (NAP) and listings checklist; (7) crawl-access checklist; (8) 14 days of email support after delivery.

2. Delivery timeframe

We deliver the Starter Fix Kit within 5 business days after work start. If we need clarification from you after work start, the days we wait for your answer do not count toward the 5 business days; we will tell you by email when the clock pauses and resumes. If we do not deliver within this timeframe and the delay is not caused by waiting for you, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the fee, or choose to wait for delivery.

3. How to cancel or request a refund

Email sarit+clearline@mail.grokbot.com with the subject line “Cancellation” or “Refund request” and include: the name and email used for the order, the order number or payment date, and a short reason (for a defect claim, which deliverable is affected and what is wrong).

We acknowledge every cancellation or refund request within 2 business days.
We give you a decision (and, where relevant, the refund amount and how we calculated it) within 5 business days of receiving your request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 further business days to show the credit; we do not control that step.

When you cancel, we stop work on your order on the day we receive your email.

4. Cancellation before work starts — full refund

If you cancel at any time before we send the scope confirmation email, you receive a full refund of the fee. No reason is required.

5. Cancellation after work starts but before delivery — refund minus completed milestones

Work on a Starter Fix Kit has three fixed milestones. The fee is divided between them as follows: scope confirmation 25%, analysis and prompt testing 50%, file preparation and delivery 25%. If you cancel after work start but before delivery, we refund the fee minus the share for each milestone we had completed when we received your cancellation:

Cancelled after work start and before the analysis-complete notice: refund of 75% of the fee ($111.75 of a $149 fee).
Cancelled after the analysis-complete notice and before delivery: refund of 25% of the fee ($37.25 of a $149 fee). On request we also send you the findings completed up to that point at no extra charge.

If our delivery is late as described in section 2, this section does not apply and you receive a full refund instead.

6. Partial delivery

A delivery is partial if one or more of the listed deliverables (1) to (7) is missing. If we deliver a partial kit, we will complete the missing items within 5 business days of you telling us, or of us noticing, whichever comes first. If we do not complete them within that time, you may choose either to keep waiting or to receive a refund of 1/8 of the fee ($18.63 of a $149 fee) for each missing listed deliverable. If the AI readiness report (deliverable 1) is the item missing and we cannot provide it within that time, you may instead choose a full refund, because the other items depend on it.

7. Defective deliverables — fix first, then refund

A deliverable is defective if, at delivery, any of the following is true:

it materially omits content that the listed deliverable describes (for example, the report covers fewer pages than were confirmed in scope, or the prompt test log has fewer than 10 prompts or fewer than 2 AI assistants);
a file is corrupted, empty or cannot be opened with common free software;
the supplied structured data (JSON-LD) or other code is invalid or does not work as described in the kit when applied as instructed;
it contains wrong facts about your business caused by our error — that is, facts that contradict what you gave us in the intake form or the scope confirmation email.

Report a defect by email within 14 days after delivery (the same period as the email support window). We will correct and re-deliver the affected deliverable within 5 business days of your report. If we cannot fix it within that time, or the fixed version is still defective, you may choose a refund of 1/8 of the fee for each affected listed deliverable, or a full refund if the defect makes the kit as a whole unusable for its stated purpose.

8. What is not grounds for a refund after delivery

Change of mind. After delivery of a complete, non-defective kit, the fee is not refundable because you no longer want the kit, decided not to apply the changes, or found the information elsewhere.
No outcome guarantee. We do not guarantee, and refunds are not based on, whether any AI assistant mentions, cites or recommends your business, or on rankings, placement, traffic, leads or sales. Those outcomes are decided by third-party systems that no one outside those companies controls.
Changes you or others make. Problems caused by edits to your website after delivery, or by applying the instructions differently from how the kit describes, are not defects. We will still answer questions about them during the 14-day support window.
Facts you supplied. Content based on information you gave us that later turns out to be wrong is not a defect; we will correct it once at no charge if you tell us within the 14-day support window.

9. Your statutory rights

These terms do not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live, including, where applicable, the law of the European Union and its member states, the United Kingdom and Israel. For example, some laws give consumers a period to withdraw from a distance contract and set rules for what can be charged when a service has started at the consumer’s request. If such a law gives you a better outcome than these terms, that law applies and we will honour it. If you are unsure which rule applies to your order, email us and we will explain how we applied it.
